Mood Tracking Journal Workshop for TEENS

We know as a Teen it can sometimes be hard to communicate just how you’re sometimes feeling. One good way to help clear your mind and get some things off your mind is by jotting them down in a journal. Don’t have one? No problem! Everything you need to customize your journal to begin tracking all those emotions will be available for you here at the library on Saturday, July 23rd.
